My girlfriend has the elephant slippers from this company. This isn’t technically a review of these giraffe slippers, just thought I’d counter the 1-star review of the person below.

Your review was not of the slipper in question, but of the owner of the company. That’s not fair to the people who might be thinking of buying these. My girlfriend LOVES her elephant slippers from Happy Feet, and these giraffe ones are probably just as good quality. (See my elephant slipper review for more info.)

I hate people that rate a product 1-star for reasons that have NOTHING to do with the product. They’ll rate things one star because Amazon shipped them the wrong thing. Is that a review of the product? No. That belongs in a review of Amazon.

If the owner of the company called you names, rate HIM one star, not these slippers. (shakes head)

Cute slippers, awful people working there apparently

The company owner came onto the customer service chat at the website and complained that I was too demanding, implied I was a bad person, and called me names. Simply. Awful. Probably the worst online shopping experience of my life.
